The platform gathers data provided directly by users and information collected automatically:
Account Information: Name, email, company name, job title, and password are collected during account creation.
Candidate Data: CVs and candidate materials uploaded contain names, contact details, work history, education, and skills.
Usage Information: The system automatically captures IP addresses, browser type, device details, visited pages, and interaction patterns.
Job Descriptions: Job requirements submitted for candidate matching are processed.
2. How We Use Your Information
Data supports platform provision, maintenance, and improvement; CV processing and candidate matching; ranked scoring; account communications; technical notices and security alerts; customer service; trend monitoring; fraud detection; and legal compliance.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, processing relies on contract performance, legitimate business interests, explicit consent, and legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Information is shared with service providers (cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics), during business transfers, when legally required, and with explicit user consent.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Retention
Account data persists for account duration plus 30 days post-deletion; candidate CVs remain 12 months after processing; usage logs stay 24 months for security and analytics.
6. Data Security
Protections include encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256); regular security assessments; access controls; employee training; and incident procedures.
7. International Data Transfers
Data processes primarily in the EEA; transfers outside use Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
